CarouselAI™ is an AI-driven automated robotic picking workstation solution equipped with an advanced mechanical picking arm. It features plug-and-play deployment, requiring no complex technical configuration or advanced operator training, enabling rapid commissioning.
The workstation achieves over 95% SKU coverage and is compatible with apparel, grocery, general merchandise, industrial, and pharmaceutical/medical inventory. It delivers a maximum picking rate of 650 items per hour, supports up to 16 hours of continuous uninterrupted operation, and features self-learning capabilities that automatically adapt to new SKUs without manual data entry. It is applicable to warehouse fulfillment operations in retail, 3PL, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
Regarding perception, computing, and system integration, the model is configured with high-precision absolute joint encoders and current/torque feedback loops. Onboard computing utilizes a real-time industrial control cabinet / ROS 2 host interface, with a technology stack covering Level L1. Development and selection teams can evaluate its motion envelope, payload limits, and secondary development compatibility for target operational scenarios using official product documentation, motion control interfaces, and simulation assets (URDF/MJCF).
