Overview
This model is a compact, high-performance industrial robot targeting the electronics, food and beverage, casting and forging, logistics, metalworking, and automotive industries.
It offers up to 24 customer power and signal connection pins for internal routing to integrate additional grippers and sensors. Path repeatability is as low as 0.03 mm and pose repeatability as low as 0.011 mm. Designed for advanced process applications, it achieves speeds up to 1600 mm/s in multi-robot operations. Path accuracy reaches 0.6 mm, supporting process trajectory motion control. The unit is 20% lighter than the previous generation, reducing base mounting requirements and energy consumption. It uses larger-diameter air hoses (Φ6 x 4) to provide additional power for vacuum suction. Compatible controllers include OmniCore models E10, C30, C90XT, and V250XT.
Target applications include high-throughput complex operations.
