Overview
RIG-Hover is a desktop-scale programmable AI companion robot featuring a two-wheeled self-balancing structure.
The system includes a built-in web debugging server that allows developers to view IMU data online and adjust key balancing parameters. The robot measures 61 mm in length, 61 mm in width, and 139 mm in height. The main controller uses a dual-core 240 MHz ESP32-S3-WROOM-1 module. It is powered by a 2S 7.4 V 500 mAh lithium battery and supports two-wheeled self-balancing locomotion. RIG-Hover is equipped with two FOC hub motors with encoder feedback for motion control.
The development platform provides an MCP action interface and exposes controllable targets including head angle and translational/rotational movement.
