Ridgeback is a mid-sized indoor mobile robot platform with an omnidirectional drive system.
The Ridgeback has a maximum speed of 1.1 m/s and a ground clearance of 18 mm. The chassis height is 30 cm, allowing passage through standard 80 cm wide doors. The external dimensions are 960 x 793 x 311 mm.
Ridgeback supports ROS 2 Jazzy drivers and MoveIt Motion Planner and MoveIt Pro interfaces. It is suitable for graduate robotics manipulation courses, R&D, and proof-of-concept applications. The platform natively supports ROS 2 Jazzy, MoveIt Motion Planner, and MoveIt Pro.
