Overview
This model is a compact collaborative robot arm designed for light-duty processes and installation in confined spaces.
The unit weighs 11 kg and features a lightweight body constructed from aluminum, plastic, and steel. With a slim Ø128 mm body, the arm can be installed, moved, and assembled in narrow spaces. It has a reach of 730 mm and supports unrestricted mounting orientations. The arm provides ±0.05 mm repeatability, suitable for tasks requiring precise trajectories. It is rated IP54 with an operating temperature range of 0–50°C. The rated payload is 3 kg. Maximum joint speeds are ±180°/s for J2, J3, and J4, and ±360°/s for J5 and J6.
The system runs on a Linux-based real-time ROS operating system to ensure stable motion control. It is suitable for precision assembly, inspection, laboratory automation, and other processes, and can be installed in confined workspaces.
